Zach Conlin is a Class A PGA Member and one of the founders of ELv8 Golf. He has worked in the golf industry since the age of 16, gaining experience in player development, instruction, and golf operations at multiple levels of the game. He taught at Old Hickory Golf Club for 11 years as a Teaching Professional.

His passion for coaching is rooted in helping golfers of all ages and skill levels reach their potential through structured development, modern technology, and a strong emphasis on fundamentals. Zach believes in building complete golfers, focusing not only on swing mechanics, but also on course management, mental performance, and long-term growth.

As a coach and mentor, Zach is committed to creating a positive, competitive environment that challenges players while fostering confidence and love for the game. Through ELv8 Golf, he continues to develop programs that support junior golfers, competitive players, and aspiring athletes looking to elevate their performance.

Taylor has worked in golf his whole life in many different facets of the game and business. Being a part of something new and game changing such as Elv8 Golf has been a dream of his for many years, he is truly honored to help people and grow the game in a way most people didn't know was even an option until Elv8!

Taylor is passionate about golf and golf instruction because as a young golfer he was mentored by several people that helped shape his golf game and direction which has led to a life in golf. The relationships he has built and the experiences he has had over a lifetime around the game and 20 plus years in the golf industry have prepared him for this next journey of his life and to give back to the game that has made him who he is today.

Taylor is an avid outdoorsman and passionate waterfowl hunter that enjoys traveling the country in pursuit of wild game and memories. Taylor lives in O’Fallon, MO where he enjoys playing as much golf as possible, being outdoors and spending time with friends and family. He is very excited to help as many people as possible get serious about golf and elevate their games to the next level!

Tyler Loewenstein, DPT is the Director of Fitness at Elv8 Golf and a licensed Doctor of Physical Therapy with a TPI Medical Level II certification. He began his career working in hospital and outpatient physical therapy settings, treating a wide range of medical diagnoses before transitioning to focus primarily on golfers. Tyler specializes in helping golfers of all ages improve performance, reduce injury risk, and stay healthy long-term through individualized assessments and targeted training. He loves blending evidence-based rehab principles with performance training to help golfers move better, swing more efficiently, and enjoy the game for life.  

Emma has been a dedicated member of the golf industry for the past 10 years and has spent the last 8 years teaching and developing players of all ages and skill levels. She began her career as a shop assistant from 2016–2020, where she built a strong foundation in golf operations, customer service, and daily club management. From 2020–2023, Emma served as an Assistant Golf Professional, further expanding her experience in instruction, junior programming, and tournament operations while developing her passion for player development.

Following her time as an Assistant Professional, Emma coached at GOLFTEC, where she deepened her knowledge of swing analysis, individualized training plans, and technology-driven instruction before joining Elv8. She is now in her second year as Director of Player Development at Elv8, where she oversees athlete pathways across all levels of the program and works closely with players and families to support long-term growth and competitive success.

Emma is also PGA HOPE certified, reflecting her commitment to making the game accessible and impactful for all who play it. She is passionate about creating a supportive, high-level training environment where athletes can build confidence, develop their skills, and foster a lifelong love for the game.

Joe joined the St. Louis golf community in 2023 after relocating from Ironton, Ohio, where his passion for the game first began. He started playing golf at just five years old and quickly developed into a competitive junior golfer, competing throughout his high school career and building a lifelong connection to the sport.

A graduate of the Golf Academy of America (2013), Joe has dedicated his professional career to teaching and growing the game he has loved since childhood. He previously served as the Head Golf Coach at Dawson-Bryant High School in southern Ohio, where he led and mentored student-athletes while helping them develop both their skills and confidence on the course.

Joe’s coaching philosophy centers on growing the game by sharing the joy, discipline, and life lessons that golf provides. He is passionate about helping players of all ages and abilities develop their skills, build confidence, and deepen their appreciation for the sport.

Matt began his career in the golf industry in 2022 as a cart attendant at Old Hickory Golf Club, where he quickly developed a passion for pursuing golf as a long-term profession. During his time there, he had the opportunity to learn under Zach Conlin, whose mentorship helped shape his foundation in golf operations, professionalism, and player experience.

He later joined Golf Galaxy, where he expanded his technical knowledge of golf equipment, club specifications, and the fitting process while working hands-on with golfers of all skill levels. Matt is now proud to be part of the Elv8 Golf coaching staff, where he continues to grow as a golf professional and uses his experience to help athletes improve and reach their goals.

What Matt values most about coaching at Elv8 is building meaningful relationships with athletes and families while having the opportunity to see each player’s growth and confidence develop over time.
